Aspens 15 Week 7 Odd Years; Floating Week Even Years Aspens 15 is a 1 bedroom, 700 square foot club home with a mountain view and an official occupancy of 5. It is air conditioned with a fireplace, two TVs, a whirlpool plus a washer and dryer in the unit. It has king and twin beds in the bedroom and a queen sofa pull out in the living room. Aspens has a heated pool and is across the road from the Morse Highlands Base Lodge and Lift. Smugglers' notch Resort has informed us that they are currently selling our package for $21,900. We will sell it at a lower price since we would save on the commission that they would charge if you buy directly from us. However, if you have been a guest at Smugglers Notch or if you have taken the tour, the commission must still be paid. |
